Why a portal and no phone number or e-mail address?
You are probably used to picking up the phone and calling us directly. Or send us an eMail. But only one of us knows about your problem. Or in the case of vacation or other preventions just not.
Therefore, in our view, a portal is the much better solution. Our entire team will be aware of your problem. Nevertheless, we will try to always contact your contact person. But if it is prevented your problem does not lie and it worries another colleague.
